I’ve also experienced the deep exhaustion that comes from anxiety and low confidence.

 

I became a CBT-based coach because I wanted a way to help women feel better without needing a psychology degree or going through clinical therapy.

Coaching felt like the perfect fit — practical, supportive, and focused on the future.
